I'm Jermaine Kelly, a developer and digital marketer with over a decade of experience building products, brands, and systems. Over the years, I've worked on everything from performance marketing and UX to creative strategy and product design.
BlindFU is different from most things I've worked on.
I built this app during the Replit Mobile Buildathon as a way to explore a question I kept coming back to:
What's the next evolution of the screen?
Most mobile experiences demand constant visual input and attention. BlindFU was designed to do the opposite—to reduce friction, quiet the noise, and train awareness through sound, rhythm, and movement. No tutorials filled with text. No flashing indicators. Just reaction, timing, and intent.
The goal isn't mastery of the game but rather a break from the constant distractions of everyday life.
BlindFU is meant to be simple, focused, and repeatable. Something you can return to for a few minutes and leave feeling a little clearer, a little sharper than before.
